Saticoy Builders converted a legacy warehouse space into an elite baseball training facility with a state of the art gym. Working with Pirona Design and Nader Structural, the build team was able to incorporate all new infrastructure without disturbing the beauty of the rolled truss roof and brick walls.
Malibu Lumber Yard
Saticoy Builders played an integral role in the reimagination of the Malibu Lumber Yard. A redevelopment project for a local favorite in the city of Malibu, home to Casa Amigos, Cafe Habana, James Perse, and more. Saticoy installed new seamless teak siding with integral pilasters and operable louvered shutters for the Pacific Coast Highway (PCH) facade.
